About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. As an employee-owned company, we offer a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow and succeed in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and coworkers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and accurately quote replacements or repairs to meet customer needs.
  • Complete proposed work as quoted and participate in on-call assignments as required.
  • Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Sell equipment, accessories, and other promotional materials from the company to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Must have sales experience and the ability to learn and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in their homes and businesses.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
