Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of potential customers, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Manage Sales Pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct product demos, and negotiate contracts with potential customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of our software and its features, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Provide Feedback to Product Team: Share customer feedback and feature requests with the product team to inform product development.
- Work with Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent Upper Hand Brand: Represent the Upper Hand brand with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a SaaS B2B or B2B2C technology company.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present our software and its benefits effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently and effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure success.
- Comfortable Presenting to Teams and Owners: Confident and comfortable presenting ideas and thoughts to teammates and company owners.
