Position: Senior Risk Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Advisory: Provide expert consulting services to designated business areas, offering strategic advice and insights to enhance risk management practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective communication across the organization.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, monitor, and address risk-related events and issues, coordinating with relevant business units to implement effective remediation strategies.
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee and report on compliance efforts related to retail deposit activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Change Leadership: Lead initiatives aimed at managing change within processes, ensuring that impacts are thoroughly assessed and documented.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Financial Services Risk Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and collaborating with internal business clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk Management.
  • PMP Certification or a Master's Certificate in Project Management (CPM).
