Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate performance metrics, extract insights, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance partnerships and revenue generation.
  • Facilitate negotiations, address conflicts, and cultivate robust relationships with partners in the programmatic advertising sector.
  • Oversee interactions with critical stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate across departments including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to align objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and optimization of third-party supply-side platform (SSP) collaborations.
  • Engage with SSPs, demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB) systems.
  • Employ ad verification tools, ensure viewability, and implement measures for ad fraud prevention while adhering to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

  • Understanding of ad exchange ecosystems.
  • Experience in recognizing and capitalizing on growth opportunities within programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Knowledge of ad tech stack integration, data management platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in roles such as Senior Programmatic Account Manager or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ad fraud prevention technologies.
  • Awareness of additional privacy regulations beyond GDPR and CCPA.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with sophisticated programmatic platforms and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $127,000 - $172,000. In addition to the base salary, Klarna offers a comprehensive compensation package.
