- Operational Procedures: Execute operational procedures, including safety and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of optical experience.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of sales growth through sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Leadership: Ability to train, coach, and develop excellent patient-focused and sales-oriented associates.
- Communication: Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in retail operations.
