Sales Manager

At LTF Technology, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the OEM LED products market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing OEM customer accounts, and collaborating with our engineering and marketing teams to introduce our products to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the OEM LED market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to introduce new products and features to the market.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products.
- Monitor and analyze sales results, market trends, and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the OEM LED market or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the OEM LED market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
