Sales and Marketing Manager

About the RoleThe Current Client Consulting (CCC) Manager is a key member of our Sales Support Division, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of CCCs. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their business objectives and maximize the value of our product sets.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, direct, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed monthly sales activity standards and sales quotas.
- Mentor and develop team members to reach high-quality standards, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Oversee weekly performance and monthly quota objectives, providing counseling and coaching to ensure team success.
- Create a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates team members to achieve high-quality standards.
- Develop team members through mentoring, educational opportunities, and experiential growth experiences.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of inside sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent B2B sales and customer service, and customer retention experience.
- Strong recruitment, development, and retention experience.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Prior experience using a CRM system for client management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, and ability to understand sales mindset to create value proposition for quicker assimilation into work process.
- Strong active listening skills to uncover client needs and objectives.
- Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
