Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales leader to drive our double-digit growth in IT consulting services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenues based on targets, managing the sales team, and coaching them to success. This is an excellent opportunity to build your own team and deliver results. The ideal candidate has a prior proven sales leadership record.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inside sales and outside sales reps
  2. Develop rapport and build relationships with potential customers
  3. Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  4. Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  5. Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  6. Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM
  7. Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years in selling IT consulting services to enterprises and government entities
  2. Hunter mindset
  3. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  4. A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  5. Experience selling services around Adobe, Workday, Cybersecurity is a big plus
