Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to departments, including creating memos, correspondence, posters, flyers, and programs.
- Scheduling and Event Management: Assist in scheduling events, including reserving rooms, and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Student and Visitor Services: Greet students and visitors to the building, provide basic research, data gathering, editing, and proofreading as needed.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom is required.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; prior administrative experience or equivalent training preferred.
