Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Partner to join our team in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Executive Managing Director and other team members, ensuring seamless execution of schedules, meetings, and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex schedules for leaders, including responding to invitations, negotiating dates, and coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinate tactical meetings, including scheduling, room setup, catering, and agenda preparation.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the leader, including distribution list creation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and draft monthly reports, order supplies, and manage role and access requests.
  • Research and book travel arrangements, manage expenses, and track department expenses.
  • Manage information through multiple technology channels and set up/maintain department and team shared sites.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to gather and consolidate data.
  • Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and ability to handle confidential information.
