As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative management program for the State Office and its subordinate County Offices. This includes managing personnel, automation, support services, budget, and financial management. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Under the guidance of the State Executive Director, you will assist in planning and directing administrative and program work of the office. You will advise the State Executive Director on highly complex and sensitive matters, and in their absence, you will direct all State Office operations. Your expertise in management analysis, human resources management, and budget and financial management will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least one full-time year (12 months) of administrative experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level of the Federal service or private sector. They will have experience planning, managing, executing, evaluating, and facilitating the full range of administrative programs and operations. Additionally, they will have experience developing and recommending detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of mission-oriented programs.

Estimated salary: $73,296 - $139,877 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative management program for the State Office and its subordinate County Offices
  • Manage personnel, automation, support services, budget, and financial management
  • Assist in planning and directing administrative and program work of the office
  • Advise the State Executive Director on highly complex and sensitive matters
  • Direct all State Office operations in the absence of the State Executive Director

Requirements:
