Sales Campaign Specialist

Are you passionate about marketing strategies and have exceptional organizational abilities? This role is a vital part of our sales division, collaborating with Lamar account executives and clients to create impactful outdoor advertising initiatives that yield measurable outcomes.
We are currently seeking a dedicated sales team member to assist in executing effective outdoor advertising strategies for various brands.
Role Overview:The Sales & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing all sales administrative tasks that occur before and after the contract phase of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new customer leads for the sales team.
2. Develop and prepare sales presentations and proposals.
3. Provide detailed product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer inquiries and selecting relevant information.
4. Coordinate and manage requests for charting and conceptual artwork for account executives.
5. Maintain and update the customer database or CRM, ensuring accurate customer profiles and generating reports.
6. Track and analyze sales expenses for reimbursement purposes.
7. Enhance job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
Post-Contract Duties:
1. Oversee and facilitate ongoing activities and internal communications related to advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution and exceptional customer service.
2. Keep account executives and clients informed about the status of advertising campaigns.
3. Manage and review campaign progress, ensuring the delivery of installation and proof of performance information.
4. Coordinate client approvals for artwork and communicate panel locations as needed.
5. Resolve any issues that arise during campaigns by identifying solutions and notifying relevant parties.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent command of the English language.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
4. Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy in professional interactions.
5. Ability to accurately compile and enter data in a timely manner.
6. High energy, enthusiasm, and the capability to meet deadlines.
7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Creative thinking and commercial awareness.
9. Knowledge of public relations practices.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands:
The primary work environment is an office setting. The role may require occasional lifting, reading, color distinction, and prolonged sitting. Travel requirements are minimal.
