Key Responsibilities:- Gain foundational knowledge of products, services, and coverage options to assist in managing client risk.
- Conduct research and create profiles for new leads; ensure all data is accurately prepared for prospect meetings.
- Support teams during sales presentations and new business discussions.
- Engage in targeted campaigns to attract prospects and stimulate lead generation.
- Utilize technology and systems such as EPIC and Salesforce to connect with clients and prospects, while tracking activities and managing tasks like loss run summaries and market research.
- Interact with customers directly and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies to help the sales team meet objectives.
- Participate in professional development sessions and shadow experienced producers to gain insights into the insurance sales process.
- Must be a Junior or Senior, currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine interest in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
