Are you passionate about marketing strategies and possess exceptional organizational abilities? This role is an integral part of our sales division, collaborating with Lamar account executives and clients to develop innovative outdoor advertising campaigns that yield impactful results.

We are currently seeking a dedicated sales team member to assist in executing effective outdoor advertising initiatives for various brands.

Role Overview:

The Sales & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing all sales administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle, both prior to and following the contract phase.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and prospecting new customer leads for the sales team.
  • Preparing compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Providing detailed product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer inquiries and selecting appropriate data.
  • Coordinating requests for charting and conceptual artwork for account executives.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database or CRM, generating and distributing reports.
  • Tracking sales expenses and preparing reimbursement requests.
  • Enhancing job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.

Post-Contract Responsibilities:

Overseeing and facilitating ongoing activities and internal communications related to advertising campaigns to ensure timely execution while delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Updating account executives and clients on the status of advertising campaigns.
  • Managing campaign progress and providing installation and proof of performance information to clients.
  • Coordinating client approvals on artwork and communicating panel locations.
  • Resolving any issues that arise during campaigns by identifying solutions and notifying relevant parties.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with poise and diplomacy.
  • Ability to manage data entry and compilation accurately and promptly.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and capability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and initiative with a solid understanding of commercial practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence and initiative in problem-solving.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles. Experience in data management and Gmail is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
