Position Title: Sales Specialist, Landscape Design for Residential and Commercial Projects

Company Overview:
BraveView, Inc. is a reputable Design/Build firm dedicated to enhancing outdoor living spaces. With a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our customers.

Compensation Package:
Competitive base salary of $70,000 plus commission on sales, vehicle provision, gas card, two weeks of vacation in addition to holidays, health insurance with up to 75% employer coverage, 401k matching up to 3%, cell phone, and laptop.

Role Summary:
The Sales Specialist will engage with both commercial and residential clients, establishing connections with general contractors and developers. This role involves following up on leads generated by the company and responding to inquiries from residential clients looking to enhance their outdoor spaces.

The successful candidate will meet with prospective clients to outline project scopes, assess site conditions, and discuss budgets and timelines. They will create initial design concepts and finalize agreements with clients.

Once contracts are signed, the Sales Specialist will refine the designs and collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure project success. Regular inspections will be conducted to monitor project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on company-generated leads and referrals to qualify opportunities.
  • Build a network of general contractors and developers for potential collaboration.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to understand their goals and budget constraints.
  • Present design proposals for client review and approval.
  • Utilize LMN Software to prepare estimates and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients and track their progress through the sales process.
  • Transition projects to the fulfillment team for execution.
  • Conduct inspections throughout the construction phase and manage any significant change orders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and design of outdoor solutions.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch Up.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction.
  • Strong skills in preparing estimates and proposals.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Capability to develop project scopes and budgets through material sourcing.
  • Proven track record in managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
