Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of construction projects for school districts, ensuring full compliance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Lead a team of Project Coordinators to plan, direct, and oversee the entire project closeout process, ensuring that goals are achieved within the specified schedule, scope, and budget while adhering to DSA regulations and other relevant building codes.
- Project Progress Management: Drive project progress by managing internal teams and external partners while tracking milestones and metrics and making informed, data-driven decisions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Risk Management: Develop a comprehensive view of the project closeout process and deliverables, while identifying potential risks and connections between projects to prevent issues.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate internal and external coordination with various stakeholders, including Architects of Record (AORs), Inspectors of Record (IORs), and DSA representatives to verify that projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Leadership: Lead project meetings, technical reviews, and progress updates with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage of the project.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and address any on-site issues.
- Project Management Experience: Project Management experience in the construction industry, with PMP certification considered a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of building construction codes and regulations. Experience with DSA is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient at plan reading, proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
