The successful candidate will be tasked with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects while adhering to established budgets, timelines, and scopes. They will also be responsible for effectively monitoring and communicating project updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on-site management to ensure successful project delivery
  • Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to the project plan to meet expected deadlines
  • Oversee the RFI and submittal processes
  • Track project deliverables
  • Provide updates to relevant stakeholders or team members regarding project status
  • Guide and mentor project team members on assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in highway and/or public works projects.
  • Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of project planning and management principles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills
