As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Raymond battery-operated lift trucks, warehouse storage solutions, conveyors, carousels, and various automated material handling systems. You will receive a company vehicle, extensive training, and the independence to manage your territory effectively, all while being part of a reputable industry leader that offers ample career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel within a designated area to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and other automated material handling equipment.
  • Engage directly with clients to identify and address their equipment challenges.
  • Utilize your mechanical and technical skills to enhance your expertise and gain exposure to a diverse range of equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to assess mechanical and/or electrical equipment and execute effective, quality repairs and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with electrical fuel systems, sensor technology, hydraulics, PLCs, and charging systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, parts representatives, technical specialists, and customers.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in submitting electronic work orders using a company-provided tablet.
  • Ownership of basic mechanic's tools; specialty tools will be supplied.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy mechanical components (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
