Your Role:
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient interactions and satisfaction. You will have the chance to contribute positively to the community and impact patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and professionalism, adhering to company policies and dental board standards.
2. Assist patients by managing appointment scheduling, confirming visits, organizing patient records, and verifying insurance details.
3. Handle financial transactions, including nightly deposits and credit card processing.
4. Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ethical foundation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
