Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Andersen Material Handling, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining customer relationships. This role will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prospect into potential customer accounts and other employers through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients and provide creative business solutions to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts and promote the company with present and potential customers through various marketing programs.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
