Job Title: Regional Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts within a specific territory to achieve agreed-upon targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new accounts and manage existing ones.
  • Articulate our value proposition, overcome objections, navigate the sales process, and close business.
  • Develop positive relationships and manage key major accounts and dealers.
  • Set sales targets for individual regions within your geographical territory, designed to meet your overall sales target.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, providing periodic reports to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
