Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Novax Recruitment Group. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the structural racking sector across our south-central territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives within the structural racking segment.
  • Identify and target new account opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and align with industry standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in national account sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the structural racking industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience with Epicor and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
