Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team in Dallas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
