Regional Sales Manager

Amphenol RF is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase market penetration of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute growth strategies to increase market penetration of our products
- Develop and maintain relationships with major accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to establish annual regional budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Travel locally and nationwide to meet with customers and partners
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of manufacturing-specific sales and business development experience
- At least 2 years of experience working closely with distributors and manufacturers' reps
- Strong focus on securing new accounts and customers, as well as product line expansion with existing customer base
- High-energy self-starter with strategic plans in place to expand our reach
