We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Regional Account Plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers, and reps.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Timely, complete, and accurate CRM entry and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain technological education for relevant software (Microsoft 365, Concur, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales team and management to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Assist distributor sales personnel in their techniques.
  • Educate distributors with presentations of strategies, programs, training, and regular meetings.
  • Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
  • Travel up to 75%.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM.
