Position Overview:

As a Brand Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities and directing marketing initiatives for our product portfolio in alignment with the overarching marketing strategy established by the Marketing Manager. Your primary focus will be to oversee the financial performance of the brand portfolio within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in crafting a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan, defining brand objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and formulating key tactics for growth.
  • Assist in converting strategic plans into an engaging Annual Operating Plan, ensuring organizational alignment and enthusiasm.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to enhance productivity, innovation, and coherence across the enterprise.
  • Manage the execution of the Annual Operating Plan, analyzing business outcomes, expenditures, and other relevant metrics.
  • Oversee the Advertising and Communication budget, including forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Implement brand strategies and execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of Integrated Marketing Communications milestones, including creative presentations and asset production, while maintaining strong partnerships with agencies.
  • Supervise the execution of marketing activities, ensuring excellence in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Assess the impact of marketing efforts on brand health and business performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Contribute to the innovation process from ideation through to execution.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance our product pipeline.
  • Monitor innovation performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Manage strategies related to packaging, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and distribution to support brand and category objectives.
  • Conduct brand and category assessments, analyzing various data sources to identify critical business challenges and opportunities, and present performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong creative skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Effective stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking capability.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
