Position Summary

We are in search of a Regional Account Manager who is driven and self-sufficient, tasked with fostering growth among existing clients while also identifying and engaging new prospects. You will benefit from the support of our experienced inside sales team and management, who are dedicated to helping you achieve and surpass your sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to formulate a strategic sales plan aimed at generating a list of potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive prospecting activities, including lead qualification, cold outreach, and sales presentations.
  • Work closely with our proficient customer service and technical support teams to ensure you meet and exceed your sales targets.
  • Leverage various tools, resources, and CRM systems to effectively manage your time and territory.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial sales, particularly in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and the ability to effectively utilize a CRM system.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
