Position Summary

We are in search of a Regional Account Manager who is driven and proactive in fostering growth with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role is supported by a proficient inside sales team and experienced management to help you achieve and surpass your objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to devise a strategic sales plan aimed at generating a list of potential clients.
  • Engage in full-cycle prospecting, which includes lead qualification, cold outreach, and delivering sales presentations.
  • Work alongside dedicated customer service and technical support teams to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize various tools, resources, and CRM systems to effectively manage your time and sales territory.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial sales, particularly in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and capable of learning and utilizing a CRM system effectively.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
