Strategic Client Executive

Milestone Technologies is a global IT managed services firm that partners with organizations to drive specific business outcomes. We are seeking experienced and highly successful Strategic Client Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive growth for Milestone in strategic accounts by partnering with delivery and operations teams
- Craft a holistic plan around how Milestone solutions solve clients' key business challenges
- Manage day-to-day tactical activities to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including P&L management
- 8+ years experience in the Technology Industry with specific Sales/Account Management experience in IT Managed Services
- 5 years technical experience preferred
- A track record of managing a large complex managed services account is a must
- Multi-year track record of growing revenue across the account set of responsibility through the development of account and offering specific sales strategies
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in industry and technology trends
- Strong professional reference base including customers
Estimated Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000/Yr. USD. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
