Key Responsibilities:

  • You will have access to a strong demand generation engine and strategic partnerships to assist you. However, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to building relationships with key decision-makers through negotiation and closing.
  • Create and present compelling sales pitches, demonstrations, and materials that effectively communicate Tbwa Chiat/Day's value proposition and offerings.
  • Establish connections with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and feedback; coordinate cross-functional support to ensure an exceptional sales experience.
  • Participate in professional development and industry events to engage with clients, prospects, and enhance your understanding of a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales within the marketing or advertising sector.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment with an established network in marketing, advertising, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong networking abilities to generate leads and open doors.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, discovery, proposals, and negotiation throughout the sales cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage, influence, and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and business acumen to quickly establish rapport with clients in senior and executive roles.
  • Familiarity with software systems to assess client needs and articulate the company's value proposition.
  • Adaptability to respond to business changes, solve problems, and navigate uncertainties inherent in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and adapt quickly.
