Your Role at SafelyYou

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering robust relationships with enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring our solutions meet their specific needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Development: Propel revenue growth by managing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities. Aim to meet or surpass individual revenue targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, trusted connections with C-level executives of client organizations. Engage in strategic conversations to understand their business goals and align our offerings accordingly.
  • Negotiation Skills: Utilize data-driven insights to negotiate effectively and influence outcomes, ensuring that client needs are met while promoting SafelyYou's value.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve collective business goals.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging products through networking and professional development.
  • Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure successful agreements and transition completed deals to implementation teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, addressing inquiries regarding our products and services.
  • CRM Oversight: Maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities within the company's CRM system to ensure effective pipeline management and forecasting.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Has 2-5+ years of experience in enterprise account management or a similar role within a SaaS environment, preferably in a startup.
  • Demonstrates a passion for our mission and technology.
  • Exhibits a proven track record in enterprise account management or sales, ideally in the healthcare or senior care sectors.
  • Shows exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has strong organizational abilities and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Is comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce, Slack, and BI tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
