Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at OneH2, Inc., a leading provider of hydrogen as a fuel to the transportation and materials handling industries. The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing information technology systems in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure for optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Configure and manage hardware, software, networks, and cloud services to support operational goals.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect IT assets from threats and breaches.
  • Develop and implement strategies for IT system and data recovery in case of disasters or outages.
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, IT systems administration, or a related role, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, firewall configuration, and routing.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures and tools.
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation.
  • Skills in budget management, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and external vendors.
  • Capacity to make sound decisions under pressure and with limited information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other team members and departments.
