At Element, we prioritize your professional growth. Our Career Ladder development program is designed to support you in achieving your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of BM TRADA clients, focusing on fire door and fire stopping installation schemes.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute site assessments for installers and maintainers, adhering to certification scheme timelines.
  • Document findings during client assessments and prepare reports in accordance with operational targets.
  • Review and approve responses to any non-conformities identified during audit visits within stipulated timeframes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for certification-related inquiries from clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferably possess a background in construction, particularly in carpentry or joinery, with knowledge of relevant British and European standards.
  • Full training for certification schemes, including the IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification, will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
  • Ability to manage personal scheduling, spending four days on the road and one day working from home for report writing.
  • Competitive salary and car allowance available.

Benefits of Employment at Element

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 33 days of annual leave (25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays), life assurance, a pension scheme with contributions up to 12%, flexible working arrangements, a cycle scheme, a referral bonus program, and a discount scheme.
