We are committed to your professional growth. Through our Career Ladder development program, we will support you in achieving your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of BM TRADA clients in fire door and fire stopping installation schemes.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct site evaluations of installers and maintainers within the required certification timelines.
  • Document findings during client assessments and submit reports aligned with operational objectives.
  • Review and validate responses to any non-conformities identified during audits within agreed timelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for certification inquiries from clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferably experienced in construction, particularly in carpentry/joinery, with knowledge of relevant British and European standards.
  • Full training for certification schemes, including IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification, will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule, spending four days on the road and one day working from home for report preparation.
  • Competitive salary and car allowance available.

Benefits of Working at Element

33 days of annual leave, comprising 25 days of vacation and 8 public holidays, along with additional benefits such as life assurance, a pension scheme with contributions up to 12%, flexible working options, a cycle scheme, referral bonuses, and a discount scheme.
