  • Encourage innovative thinking and a passion for continuous learning to enhance the quality of audits.
  • Lead and develop junior auditors, providing on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with management, team members, and auditees, including executive leadership.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of audit practices through professional development opportunities and departmental initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Public Accounting, Internal Audit, Accounting, or Finance, or 2 years in Public Accounting with a Master's degree and CPA or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 15-30% of the time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and financial management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong project management and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or CIA certifications.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience in developing data analytics capabilities or automation.
  • Familiarity with data science, analytics, and visualization tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI.
