Position Overview:
Join our team as a Loss Prevention Associate, dedicated to safeguarding the assets of our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Loss Prevention Associate, your primary duties will include:
  • Identifying and addressing theft incidents, both internal and external.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for safety and security concerns within your designated stores.
  • Conducting regular store tours to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintaining vigilance in high-risk areas to minimize merchandise losses.
  • Analyzing shrink reports and collaborating with store management to address issues and enhance loss prevention strategies.

Creating a Safer Shopping Environment:
Your role will contribute to a secure shopping experience for our customers by:
  • Implementing and communicating company policies related to safety and security.
  • Ensuring a theft-free environment, fostering a sense of security for shoppers.

Fostering a Safe Workplace:
In addition to protecting our assets, you will also:
  • Ensure a secure environment for associates against theft.
  • Assist in the dissemination of safety and security training programs.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for travel between stores.
  • Up to one year of relevant experience in loss prevention or security.
  • Familiarity with applicable criminal laws.
  • Strong confidentiality skills regarding investigative information.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
