CUES Training Facility is recognized for its commitment to excellence in the financial sector.

We are in search of seasoned, meticulous professionals who possess a strong interest in financial risk and compliance management for the role of Director of Risk Management.

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the enterprise risk management program, which includes supervision of the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) initiatives, fraud prevention, compliance, and comprehensive vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and administers Enterprise Risk Management tools, methodologies, and policies to evaluate and communicate enterprise risks.
  • Evaluates the risk implications of controls, activities, policies, and procedures, and assists in formulating new practices and procedures to reduce potential risks and losses.
  • Acts as the BSA Officer and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Officer for the organization.
  • Ensures that corrective measures are executed promptly to address compliance violations or deficiencies identified in audits and examinations.
  • Maintains oversight of vendor management and the organization’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including scenario testing and training.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five to eight years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial institution.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal certifications recognized in the industry.
  • Familiarity with risk management or internal control frameworks is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed, and capable of prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing while utilizing office equipment.
