Job Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring executives can focus on strategic decision-making and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence and reports.
  • Schedule meetings and conferences, and resolve conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings on behalf of executives.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly punctual and excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
