Overview:

The Office of Divine Worship is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative/Liturgical Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Manage the workflow, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liturgical Support:
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of liturgical events, including the Blue Mass, Chrism Mass, and RCIA.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of liturgical materials, such as bulletins, programs, and worship aids.
  • Collaborate with clergy, staff, and volunteers to ensure a smooth and dignified celebration of these events.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 5 years of clerical experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with visitors.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
