Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support our branch operations in Westerly, RI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing office operations and procedures, assisting with time and attendance, communications, filing, ordering office supplies, and processing clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support branch operations by coordinating office activities and procedures
  • Assist with time and attendance, communications, and filing
  • Order office supplies and process clerical functions
  • Review site service photos and conduct interviews
  • Track new hire training and review payroll/time sheets daily
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Office365, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
  • Self-motivation and proactive monitoring of service schedule and weather
  • Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
Work Schedule

8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday
