We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing patient financial processes, verifying patient information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient financial processes to ensure timely payments.
- Verify the accuracy of patient information, including demographics and billing codes.
- Provide clerical support for the practice and assist in orienting new employees to department policies and procedures.
- Travel to satellite offices as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in English and appointment scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology.
