About the Role:

Lycatel LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales objectives in the Newark, NJ and parts of Pennsylvania regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, Marketing Representatives, and Team Leads to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and control sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the prepaid wireless industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and procedures.
