About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Munerio Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market, leveraging your expertise in sales and market development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our filtration products to customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or environmental engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally in the filtration sector for the oil & gas industry.
  • Skills: Strong market development skills, ability to work independently, and success in generating and maintaining direct sales.
  • Qualifications: Experience in negotiating terms and conditions, and ability to develop strategies with little supervision.
