About the Role

As a Regional Director - Sales Leadership at Abbott, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability in our East region. This position covers our New York, Charlotte, and Atlanta territories in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop organizational talent to drive sales performance.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that enables all employees to contribute to their full potential.
  • Provide direction and guidance to exempt specialists and supervisory staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute organizational and operational policies to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with prior experience in medical devices preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive sales performance and develop organizational talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and drive business results.
