- Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Document Management: Manage and coordinate the signing of important documents, including sales orders, contracts, and credit card statements.
- Emergency Response: Act as a Fire Marshall and maintain emergency contact lists, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and visitors.
- Notary Services: Provide notary services for employees and visitors, as needed.
- Support to Senior Management: Provide administrative support to our CEO and CFO, as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a diverse office assistant/coordination role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office products, excellent customer service, organization skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple demands, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Personal Qualities: Dependable, self-starter with a great attitude, ability to handle confidential information, and maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances.
This is a part-time position, requiring 16-24 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
