About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Part-time Office Coordinator at Idera, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of our reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including coordinating office operations, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan office events, including birthdays, lunches, company meetings, and board meetings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external parties, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Document Management: Manage and coordinate the signing of important documents, including sales orders, contracts, and credit card statements.
  • Emergency Response: Act as a Fire Marshall and maintain emergency contact lists, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and visitors.
  • Notary Services: Provide notary services for employees and visitors, as needed.
  • Support to Senior Management: Provide administrative support to our CEO and CFO, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a diverse office assistant/coordination role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office products, excellent customer service, organization skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple demands, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependable, self-starter with a great attitude, ability to handle confidential information, and maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances.
Work Arrangements

This is a part-time position, requiring 16-24 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
