Office Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a law firm in Downtown Austin. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain client documents and files
  • Digitize and scan documents for electronic storage
  • Handle incoming mail and packages
  • Set up and prepare conference rooms for meetings
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
