Office Administrator

Lyon Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team at our Sierra Oaks Branch Office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to interact effectively with the public, real estate sales agents, and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors and agents, and providing general information.
  • Process real estate listings and sales using MLS and other internal programs.
  • Process advertising requests and order signs.
  • Process agent documents and conduct agent onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain petty cash.
  • Operate a multi-line phone and paging system.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch office manager as directed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, general office, or sales support role.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service-related experience.
  • Previous real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience using MLS preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Customer service-focused.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse personalities at all levels inside and outside the organization.
