Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts. You'll work closely with our healthcare partners to identify opportunities and develop strategies to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for senior care solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners and senior living communities
- Collaborate with our senior living advisors to deliver on sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to do so
- Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
- Thrives in a fast-paced, change-infused, independent environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Hungry to learn and improve with a strong competitive approach
- Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week)
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Effective time management skills
- Healthcare/hospital sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $80,000
- On-Target Earnings: $115,000+ (Uncapped)
