- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target enterprises, ensuring long-term partnerships.

- Experience: 15+ years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the BPO and CRM platforms, particularly in securing and managing enterprise accounts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in new business development, enterprise account management, and driving revenue growth in the US market.
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the BPO and CRM landscapes, with a strong network of industry contacts in the US.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
