Position Overview
As an International Sales & Account Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our distributor network while nurturing existing international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate international markets and introduce new brands.
2. Enhance sales processes to optimize profitability and reduce controllable costs.
3. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
4. Maintain daily B2B communications, providing exceptional account management to distributors.
5. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for effective account management.
6. Lead international product development initiatives for designated accounts.
7. Stay informed on international regulations and cultural considerations affecting sales.
8. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to foster growth.
9. Cultivate strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Duties
Occasional international travel may be required.
Collaborate with various departments and third-party service providers, including co-packaging and logistics partners.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of international business experience, or a Master's degree focused on international business, ideally within the VMS or health and wellness sectors.
1-2 years of experience managing international wholesale distributor accounts is preferred.

Skills Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in problem-solving and navigating complex situations with limited standardization.
Ability to interpret various forms of instructions and governmental regulations.
Fluency or working proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish, French, or Arabic, is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements
This role may require occasional standing, walking, and lifting of objects up to 30 lbs.
